Streamline RC Thrasher - Limited Lifetime & 1-Year Warranty

Streamline RC, Inc. ("Streamline RC") is proud to offer one of the most comprehensive and
customer-friendly warranties in the RC industry. We stand behind the quality and durability
of our Thrasher product line. This document outlines our two-part warranty commitment
to the original purchaser of the Product.
Part A: 1-Year “No-Questions-Asked” Parts Replacement
What This Warranty Covers:
For a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, Streamline RC will replace
any part on your Thrasher product that breaks for any reason. This includes, but is not
limited to, damage from crashes, jumps, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Our goal is to
keep you on the water and enjoying your Thrasher with minimal downtime.
Exclusions for 1-Year Warranty:
• Electronic Components: This warranty does not cover electronic components,
including but not limited to the ESC (Electronic Speed Controller), motor, receiver,
transmitter, or any other electronic parts.
• Lost or Submerged Vehicles: This warranty does not cover the loss of a complete
vehicle due to sinking, submersion, or other catastrophic loss. It is limited to the
replacement of individual broken parts only.
• Abuse Prevention: This warranty is limited to two (2) claims per unique part per
customer to prevent abuse.
Part B: Lifetime Limited Warranty on Manufacturer Defects
What This Warranty Covers:
For the lifetime of the Product, Streamline RC warrants to the original purchaser that the
Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is designed
to protect you against any issues arising from the manufacturing process. Parts sent to Streamline RC for warranty claims are done so at the purchaser's expense.

What is Not Covered (General Exclusions):
While the 1-Year Warranty is comprehensive, the following exclusions apply to the Lifetime
Limited Warranty (Part B) and in specific cases to the 1-Year Warranty:
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the performance of the product.
• Damage caused by acts of God, accident, abuse, negligence, or commercial use.
• Damage due to improper installation, operation, or maintenance.
• Modification of or to any part of the Product.
• Attempted service by anyone other than a Streamline RC authorized service center.
• Product not purchased from an authorized Streamline RC dealer.
Purchaser’s Sole and Exclusive Remedy:
Streamline RC's sole obligation and the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be
that Streamline RC will, at its option, either (i) service or (ii) replace any part determined by
Streamline RC to be defective or broken under the terms outlined above. Streamline RC
reserves the right to inspect any and all Product(s) involved in a warranty claim.
Replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Streamline RC. Proof of purchase is
required for all warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability
STREAMLINE RC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR PRODUCTION, OR COMMERCIAL LOSS IN ANY WAY, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF STREAMLINE RC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Further, in no event shall the liability of Streamline RC exceed the individual price of the Product on which liability is asserted. As Streamline RC has no control over use, setup, final assembly, modification, or misuse, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any resulting damage or injury. By the act of use, setup, or assembly, the user accepts all resulting liability.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties:
OTHER THAN THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES ABOVE, STREAMLINE RC MAKES NO OTHER
WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY ALONE HAVE DETERMINED THAT THE PRODUCT WILL SUITABLY MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PURCHASER’S INTENDED USE.
General Provisions:
• Non-Transferable: This warranty is not transferable and is only valid for the original
purchaser of the Product.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
• Changes to Warranty: Streamline RC reserves the right to change or modify this
warranty at any time without notice.
