Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store for direct shipment from Streamline RC.

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (Continental USA):

•We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped within the continental USA.

•Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

•Streamline RC will not be responsible for any shipping fees for returns or warranty claims on all shipping in the Continental USA

International Shipping (Outside of Continental USA):

•We ship to most countries worldwide.

•The customer is responsible for ALL costs associated with international shipping. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping charges from our facility to your door, as well as any and all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees.

•Streamline RC will not be responsible for, and will not reimburse, any fees imposed on international shipments.

•Streamline RC will not be responsible for any shipping fees for returns or warranty claims on all shipping outside of the Continental USA

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Streamline RC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
